With nearly 2,000 branches in Thailand and 32 international branches, including subsidiaries in Indonesia, Malaysia, and China, the bank aimed to stay competitive and compliant.

Facing challenges in transaction monitoring, end-of-day report automation, and SharePoint enhancement, the bank turned to CLL Systems to address these critical areas.

The Solution

1. Automated transaction monitoring with power automate RPA

To enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in the Compliance Department, Microsoft Power Automate processes were implemented by CLL Systems. To guarantee smooth automation, dedicated personnel teamed up with CLL Systems to seamlessly integrate RPA into the existing EOD workflows during regular work hours (10 am to 5 pm).

Leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, this collaborative effort resulted in efficient, accurate, and reliable automation. This paves the way for future improvements in productivity and efficiency, laying a solid foundation for further streamlining operations.

3. Microsoft Sharepoint Tech Refresh

IT/EDP transformed SharePoint, leaping from 2013 to Online for boosted functionality and user experience. They meticulously migrated everything, rebuilt workflows with Power Automate, and revitalized the intranet. The result? Seamless data transfer, efficient workflows, advanced reporting, and a user-friendly, modern platform – a success aligned with organizational goals.
