Tech 4.0 – Let’s Shine Team Development Program

On 15–16 November 2024, CLL Systems brought together 37 talented individuals from our Technical, Presales, and Software Engineer teams for the much-anticipated Tech 4.0 – Let’s Shine Team Development Program at the serene Park Royal, A Famosa Melaka.

This two-day workshop was packed with challenges and activities designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and creativity, fostering a stronger sense of connection among colleagues. It was more than just a team-building event – it was a journey toward achieving shared goals:

  • Vision Tower Challenge: Encouraged alignment with the team’s shared purpose and vision.
  • Landmines and Zoom Challenges: Focused on trust, perspective-taking, and problem-solving in communication.
  • Twin Tower Challenge and Mission I’m Possible: Tested creativity, collaboration, and strategy under pressure.
  • Rollercoaster Challenge: Integrated teamwork across all groups to achieve a united outcome.
