CLL Systems Powers Live Scoring for SportExcel MILO Junior Circuit 2025 Grand Finals

8 minutes

The SportExcel MILO Junior Circuit & Premier Division 2025 Grand Finals, held from 1–2 November 2025, marked a major milestone for junior golf in Malaysia — the introduction of Live Scoring for the first time in the tournament’s 33-year history, powered by CLL Systems’ Golf Management System (GMS).

Through our digital platform, players and caddies entered scores directly into the system, enabling real-time updates throughout the competition. This advancement allowed officials, supporters, and families to track player progress instantly — whether on-site or online.

The integration of live scoring enhanced:

  • Accuracy and transparency in scoring
  • Efficiency in tournament management
  • Engagement among players, spectators, and organizers

“The successful introduction of Live Scoring is a game-changer for SportExcel and for junior golf in Malaysia,” said Mr. C. Sivanandan, Executive Director of SportExcel. “It enhances efficiency, accuracy, and the overall tournament experience, setting a new benchmark for future circuits.”

Following its success, Live Scoring will now be adopted across all upcoming SportExcel local circuits, continuing to elevate the standard of junior golf competitions nationwide.

Advancing Youth Sports Through Technology

At CLL Systems, we believe in empowering young talent by enhancing the environments where they learn, compete, and grow.

Back in July 2025, we were appointed by SportExcel for the SportExcel–KLGCC International Junior Golf Championship 2025, marking the start of our collaboration to digitize and streamline the management of its junior golf tournaments. The Golf Management System simplifies every aspect of tournament operations — from online registration and payment to live scoring and real-time results verification — creating a more connected and transparent tournament experience.

Our partnership with SportExcel reflects our shared goal of advancing youth sports through digital innovation and fostering a data-driven foundation for future development.
