3 minutes

CLL Systems visited Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya on 12 November 2025 for an engaging knowledge-sharing session with students preparing to enter technology workforce. The goal of the session was to provide a clearer connection between academic concepts and the practical realities of enterprise IT.

The conversation covered a broad range of real-world topics, including how organisations approach infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity readiness, cloud adoption, automation, troubleshooting, and the dynamic skill sets needed in today’s digital-first environment. With students from different tech disciplines—such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Game Development, and Information Systems—the session highlighted how each field plays a valuable role in modern digital ecosystems.

Key insights shared during the session:

  • Adaptability is critical as technologies, threats, and business needs evolve
  • Practical problem-solving and ownership matter more than memorising tools
  • Cross-discipline collaboration strengthens system reliability and innovation
  • Students can build industry readiness through hands-on projects, internships, and continuous learning

The interactive discussion and the students’ thoughtful questions made the engagement both productive and inspiring.

This visit is part of CLL Systems’ ongoing effort to support the development of Malaysia’s future tech professionals. By connecting with universities and sharing real-world perspectives, we aim to help young talents build confidence, clarity, and the right mindset to succeed in the digital workforce.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration with MMU and contributing to the growth of the next generation of innovators.
